A masterfully crafted, luxurious Chardonnay that embodies sophistication and elegance through a minimal-intervention approach to winemaking. Carefully hand-harvested fruit was whole-bunch pressed and fermented with wild yeast to enhance texture and complexity. The wine was then matured for eight months in French oak puncheons, 50% of which were new oak. Produced only in exceptional vintages and bottled in very limited quantities.
Fresh nectarine, peach, and nashi pear aromas intertwine with notes of lemon curd and vanilla bean.
Palate
Medium-bodied and richly textured, displaying flavours of ripe peach, apricot, and honeycomb. Subtle nuances of oatmeal and almond add depth and complexity through the mid-palate, complemented by a long, lingering citrus-driven finish.
